My passion in life is dance and music. I enjoy my own dance as well as those of others. Simply being in motion gives me an immense sense of freedom and the effect the dance has on anyone’s life keeps surprising me. My life is aimed at creating space wherever necessary and this is something I also try to get across in my teaching sessions. In order to examine this I have learned, from being a father of two beautiful daughters, to provide an atmosphere of safety and protection.

Dancing makes me feel alive. It doesn’t matter what emotions I feel or what happens in my life, I can always express it in motion. Dancing touches me to the core of my being and in the depths of my soul. It teaches me everything I need to know about life, myself and other people. It keeps inviting me to breath through what is present at that moment; sometimes this is softness, other times it is power, wildness or tenderness. I thoroughly enjoy sharing my love and passion for the dance with other people.
